Are children allowed to attend?
Absolutely! Children 16 and under can attend the conference for free.
Where do I book my hotel?
We have partnered with Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront in order to provide our registrants the best discount available.
Late night events and gatherings for the conference will be held at the Hyatt also. The Hyatt is one mile from First Baptist Church.

What is the cancellation policy?
Except for Missionary's canceling of the event or needing to reduce capacity, all cancellation and refund requests should be made by emailing events@missionary.net.
Refund requests received by July 16, 2024 (5pm ET), will be honored in full, minus a $10 processing fee per cancellation. Cancellations received between July 17 and August 16, 2024 (5pm ET), will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted after August 16, 2024. Please allow up to 60 days to receive your refund.
Will there be food available?
Food trucks will be available on-site offering meals and snacks for purchase at the following times:
- Wednesday, October 16, 4–7pm
- Thursday, October 17, 11am–7pm
- Friday, October 18, 11am–2pm
